Stitch invaded Elvis’s Graceland to celebrate the release of his big movie this week. Lilo & Stitch is out in theaters now and fans are enjoying the re-introduction to the lovable blue alien. One thing people remember from the first Lilo & Stitch movie is his little Elvis suit. (Don’t worry, you get to see a version of that in the new film!) But, what happens when Stitch takes his act on the road?

Elvis Presley’s Graceland is located in Memphis. The mansion is a must-visit for Elvis obsessives everywhere. It’s only right that Stitch make the trip in his cute little pink car. He took some photos in front of The King’s iconic jumpsuit and other locations around Graceland. Memphis’s entertainment complex has so much history that it probably kept the Disney fan-favorite really busy. It turns out that Graceland even hosted a special screening of Lilo & Stitch for people staying at The Guest House at Graceland resort hotel.

That Hashtag Show was lucky enough to see Lilo & Stitch ahead of the wide release this week. Our critic, Jessica Lancaster, enjoyed her time with the live-action remake. She felt like some of the essential weirdness got lost in translation though. But, if you’re here for the cute blue alien? You’re going to be just fine. Check out what she had to say right here!

“As for Stitch himself? I doubt fans will find themselves disappointed. Chris Sanders returns to reprise his voice role, and the live-action design looks great,” Lancaster explains. “Cute and fluffy, indeed. Some iconic animated Stitch moments get a direct translation to live-action, and there are plenty of other moments of chaos added just for this feature.”
